Full Planning Services

Job Description:    Full Planning, Scheduling, Day of Service
Starts:                     Day 1
Ends:                       Day of Wedding
Services include but not limited to:  

• Budget Preparation, Allocation and Management
  
• Vendor Recommendation and Selection
  
• Preparation of Wedding/Reception/Ceremony Schedule
  
• Assistance in Theme development + recommendations in regards to the themes such as décor, food, attire, favours, centrepieces and wedding stationary.
• Supervision of Rehearsal, Ceremony/Reception Set-up  
  
• On site direction of Wedding Ceremony/Reception
  
• Supervision of wedding photo session at ceremony 
  
• An assistant for the day of the wedding at no extra cost 
  

Month / Day of Co-ordination

Job Description:    Scheduling, Day of Service
Starts:                     Date of Hire / 2-3 Meetings month before Wedding
Ends:                       Day of Wedding
Services include but not limited to:  

• Vendor Recommendation

• Supervision of Rehearsal, Ceremony/Reception Set-up  
  
• On site direction of Wedding Ceremony/Reception

Consultation Services 

Consultation Services are booked on an ad-hoc hourly rate. Initial consultation  meeting is a minimum booking of 2 hours with subsequent bookings made hourly and as needed by the client. Consultation services can range from theme selection to vendor recommendation and selection plans. Budget work or day of scheduling.
